Davenport Lakes Private Home Summary
Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney.
On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This lovely home is extremely spacious and offers enough space if more than one family are staying. The home has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional 2 bedrooms with another family bathroom. The house is situated over one storey.
There is a very comfortable lounge area which faces on to the family TV which also has a DVD player, which in turn leads on to the kitchen area which is large and fully equipped. All modern appliances are featured in this home which include a dishwasher, large fridge and cooker with microwave. You will also find a dining area.
Through your patio doors, you will find your own private pool. The deck overlooks conservation so is very private with no one looking on to you. The patio is fully furnished and is partly covered for eating outside comfortably, and also comes with sun loungers for trapping the sun. The pool is welcoming especially after visiting all those parks or for simply just letting the kids play. This home is in a great position for wildlife spotting and is the perfect place to sip a cool drink on those balmy evenings.
All in all a great place to be when you have had enough of all the hussle and bussle that Florida has to offer.
