Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney.
On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This beautiful 2 storey home has so much space. It features 4 bedrooms ; one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom ; and a further 2 bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find a comfortable living area situated around the main TV as well as a full size kitchen and a more formal dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large refrigerator and a large cooker. The home also benefits from being air-conditioned throughout, and has full laundry facilities.
Through your patio doors you will find a lovely pool deck, some of it partly covered for a welcome shade from the sun, which backs on to a conservation area, a perfect place for spotting the wildlife. The pool is heatable and is ideal for cooling down, or perhaps you can just lie on a sun lounger and soak up that glorious Florida sunshine.
All in all, a very lovely house which offers a warm welcome from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.
