Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney.
On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This lovely 4 bedroom house is large enough to accomodate 2 families. There are 2 master suites, both of which have their own bathroom as well as one of them having their own balcony overlooking the pool area. There is also an additional family bathroom. This house is situated over 2 floors.
Downstairs, the house is extremely spacious with the added benefit of a family room as well as a more formal sitting room. You will also find a dining room as well as a breakfast area within the kitchen. The kitchen is full size and is fully equipped with all modern convieniences such as a dishwasher and large American style fridge.There is also a laundry room. The house is fully air-conditioned throughout for your comfort.
Through your patio doors you will find an extended pool deck which is partly covered for some welcome shade from the strong sun. The pool is welcoming and is heatable if you desire. There is plenty of seating around the deck, whether you wish to sip on a cool drink or soak up the sun, this house will be sure to suit those needs.
