Monticello - Indiana Beach Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are introductory and are based on in-season and off-season pricing. During the in-season (June 25th to August 29th), a weekly rental minimum is required.
The weekly rental rate for July 4th week is $1,599.
For Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, stay for up to 4 nights at a rate of $749!
Dogs are allowed for an extra $150 (non-refundable), per pet.
Sales tax and resort fee may apply.
Linens and towels are not provided with this rental but are available at an extra charge.
Please be advised that this rental does not include maid service, laundry service, or any additional courtesy items.

- The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and is attached to a master bath. There is a bunk room (with one bunk bed), great for children of all ages! It is also near the full size bath and the half bath for accessibility. The third and fourth beds are in the sleeping loft featuring a full-size bed and twin bed. Please note that the loft is a sleeping loft and not for standing up and walking around. Kids love it! The fifth bed is the sofa bed in the living area which pulls out into a twin and can be used to accommodate one other guest. Please be advised that linens and towels are not provided with this rental but are available at an extra charge.
