Indian Creek Villa Summary

Our spacious 4 bedroom villa is located on the select Indian Creek Development which is off the 192 West, just 3 miles drive from Disney. The villa boasts an oversized south facing pool set in a screened deck area along with new hot tub. Around the pool you will find 4 sun beds, 4 sun chairs, patio table & chairs to seat 8 along with a webber gas barbecue. To the inside of the property all rooms have high vaulted ceilings and all are furnished and maintained to a high standard. The villa is fully air conditioned. The 4 bedrooms comprise of a Master Suite with king bed, TV with DVD & VCR & en-suite, double bedroom with queen bed & also TV with DVD & VCR and the 2 remaining bedrooms each have twin beds and TV's with VCR. One of the Twin Rooms has been themed with SpongeBob Square Pants. There is a PlayStation 2 in the Living Area with a selection of games for use at the Villa. There is also a games area in the garage with Table Football, Table Electric Air Hockey, Darts.

Indian Creek is literally just a five minute drive from Disney - situated off the 192 West by Splendid China. Only a two minute drive away from an abundance of Restaurants, Fast Food, Supermarkets, Shops, Pharmarcy, Banks etc. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'Wild, Sea World are only a fifteen minute drive away. Orlando Airport is only 20 minutes drive and Sanford approximately a 50 minute drive. For a day at the beach you can visit Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast - about 50 minutes or Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast which is approximately 80 minutes drive - both are excellent beaches with great facilities.

Notes: We have a games area to the garage which include table football, electric air-hockey, darts board, scooters, skateboard, tennis rackets along with lots of pool toys for your use at the villa. The garage is accessable from the kitchen area of the villa. To the inside of the villa there is a selection of boards games, books and PlayStation 2 games for your use.

Nearby Attractions: Walt Disney World Theme Parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Disney Water Parks are all approximately 5 minutes drive away. Premium Shopping Outlets just 10 minutes away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'Wild, Sea World, Discovery Cove,Belz Factory Outlet and Shopping Malls all approximately 15 minutes drive away. Cocoa Beach is only 1 hour drive away and Clearwater just 1.5 hours drive away.

Amenities: On site amenities include Tennis Courts, Basketbal Courts, Putting Green ,Childrens Playground, Childrens Playing/Football Field and Nature Walk. Just 2 minutes drive away will get you Restaurants, Fast Food, 24 hour Supermarket, Medical Center and Pharmarcy.

Further Villa Details: There is a further living area, dining area, kitchen, main bathroom and double garage. All linens and towels are provided. There is also a crib and high chair available and hair dryers to each bathroom. There is a selection of board games and books for your use and also a large selection of pool toys. We visit our villa several times a year for vacations but also to maintain the house so both the inside and outside are always in tip top condition. We have had lots of guests who have stayed at our villa but have previously stayed at other villas and they have all remaked on the excellent condition, location and set up of our property. If required I can give names, telephone numbers or email addresses for these guests who have all offered references and many who have also returned for a Vacation.
