New Gloucester House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * Rates listed do not include Maine Rental Tax, currently 7%.
* Personal check, bank check, PayPal accepted.
* $500 deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit converted to security deposit at check-in.
* Pets. Approved on case by case basis. Additional security of $100 will be required for pets.
* Full rental payment due 2 weeks prior to start of rental week. Upon receipt of payment, keys will be mailed.
* Security deposit returned when keys are returned (self addressed envelope with postage provided) and provided property grounds are clean and undamaged.
* Rental does not include linens or towels.
* Standard rental week begins Saturday at 3pm and ends Saturday at 11am.
* Standard weekend rentals begin Friday at 3pm and end Sunday at 3pm.
* Rental periods negotiable.
* Cancelation: Cancelation notice is required no later than 30 Days prior to rental period for return of deposit. Cancelation with less than 30 Days notice may result in loss of all deposits.
