Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney.
On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This lovely 3 bedroom family home has a large master suite with ensuite bathroom as well as an additional family bathroom situated over one storey.
The home is fully furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you would expect from a new house including more than one TV and DVD player as well as being fully air-conditioned throughout.
The kitchen is full size and well equipped for your convienience with appliances such as a dishwasher and American style refrigerator as well as a large cooker. You will also find full laundry facilities.
The home has a comfortable living area which leads out to your private pool at the back which has lovely views of conservation, so look out for the wildlife such as racoons and armadillos! There is also a large deck some of which is covered with full seating, a place to casualy dine whilst watching the kids splash in the pool!
