Haines City Private Home Summary
As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
At the end of the main road (Southern Dunes Boulevard) is the golf club which has a bar and a restaurant. The club is open to anyone for breakfast or lunch every day and dinner Tuesday and Friday evening only or simply for a drink in the afternoon/evening.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.
This is a nice 4 bedroom home which features 2 master bedrooms both of which are ensuite. There is also an additional family bathroom.
There is a comfortable living area situated around the main TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. There is also a dining area and a seperate laundry area. For your comfort the home comes fully air conditioned.
Outside you will find your large sunny pool deck facing on to your pool. This home has a Golf course view so can be pretty private. The deck comes fully furnished and offers great oppotunity for enjoying the Florida sunshine.
This home is comfortabel and is a great Disney based home.
