On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This top home offers 4 bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one bedroom with a balcony affording great views of your pool and the lake beyond.There is also an additional family bathroom. There areTV's and DVD players in all rooms and the home also provides a PS2.
The sitting room is comfortable and offers a plasma TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a dining room and the kitchen/breakfast room is large and fully equipped with all of todays needs such as a dishwasher, large fridge and cooker. The house provides a laundry room and the home is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
Outside you will find your extended pool deck with your own pool overlooking a lake, making it a lovely spot for nature lovers. The pool can be heated and the deck is fully furnished making it a great place for dining al fresco. The deck is very sunny and gets the sun all day making it ideal for topping up your tan. This home has been designed with lots of care and attention and makes a great place to get away from it all whilst still being close enough to all the action.
