On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This one storey 3 bedroom villa makes for a perfect base for a family holiday. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well as having an additional family bathroom.
The fully equipped villa offers a full size kitchen with all modern convieniences such as a dishwasher, full cooking equipment and large refrigerator. The home also has seperate laundry facilities.
There is a comfortable living area situated around a cable TV which also has a DVD player, as well as a more formal dining area for your evening meals if you choose to eat in.
Outside, you will find a partly covered seating area, ideal for having breakfast, which overlooks your own pool, the perfect palce to cool down from that Florida Sun!
