Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

100% of deposit refunded, minus $250 booking charge, if cancelled.
Within 90 days of arrival:
100% of deposit refunded, minus $250 booking charge, if cancelled and rebooked by another guest.
Or, 50% total rental fee forfeited, Security deposit refunded ($500), cleaning fee refunded if already paid, if cancelled and not rebooked.
