Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In the summer season rental must be made on a weekly basis at the rate of 2500 which includes tax. In the winter season the rate is 750 per week and 1500 per month plus 200 for utilities and can be rented for the entire rental season or for shorter terms based on availability. All rentals regardless of season require a 250 refundable deposit. Rental fees can be paid in cash, by check or money order. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. All deposits are due not less than 30 days before the rental period and reservations will not be booked before the deposit is received. Deposits will be returned in full provided the reservation is not canceled less than 30 days before the rental period and that there is no danage done to the property. All fees may be mailed directly to Michael & Jean Davis at 2972 Sand Bend Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23456. There is a STRICT limit of 10 people unless prior permission is given by the owners.
- The property will not be rented to persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. The person signing the lease must be present during the rental period.

- Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with separate bathroom entrance, large closet and separate sliding glass doors to the deck, overlooking the canal and pool. Bedroom 2 faces the front on the house and offers a large closet. Both bedrooms have mounted cable television. 2 roll-a-way beds are provided that can be placed in bedrooms or in the living room area for additional guests. In the downstairs the back bedroom faces the poolside with a view of the pool and canal and has a queen size bed and television as well as a full private bath. The front bedroom as 2 single beds, television and a full bath adjacent to the room. The laundry is located in the downstairs and there is direct access to the pool from the poolside bedroom. There is a separate patio area on the first floor for those guests.
