Florissant Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate is discounted for 7 nights or more.
Cleaning fee for main cabin is $100 per stay.
Cleaning for the guest cottage is $65 per stay.
The rates listed above do not include the guest cottage. If you would like to rent the cottage there is a flat rate of $100 per night. Cottage is not rented by itself, only with the rental of the house .
Sorry Pets are not allowed.
Instead of charging a $250 damage deposit we are now requiring damage insurance for $49.00, which will be shown in your quote/payment request
Reservation desposit is 50% of the rental amount due upon making reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
