Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- School Vac. 2013 (Feb 15 - 25) $2,800/Week; $1,100 weekend; $500/night weeknight. 3 night minimum.
Due at time of reservation: 50% of rent non-refundable, $200 cleaning fee and $500.00 security deposit. Balance of rent due 14 days prior to arrival.
