Healdsburg House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Main House: 2 Bed/2 Bath - Sleeps up to 4; Pool House Suite: 1 Bed/1 Bath - Sleeps up to 2.
Low Season: November 1 - April 11: $550 night/$3250 week.
High Season: April 12 - October 31: $700 night/$4250 week.
Pool House Suite: add $200 a night for low season and $250 night for high season.
Monthly Rentals: inquire for rates.
Pool House Suite: we do not rent the pool house suite separately; only with the main house.
Minimums: 2 nights November 1 - May 31; 3 nights June 1-30, September 4- October 31, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years; 7 nights June 29 - September 3rd.
50% deposit upon booking; 50% remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit (refundable):$500.00; Cleaning Fee:$300.00; Sonoma County Tax: 9%.
