Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Spring Rate until June 22, 2013 $1900.00 Per Week
Memorial Day Weekend 2013 $400.00 per night Holiday Weekend
June 29, 2013 thru July 6 ,2013 Week $2500.00 Holiday Week (July 4th week)
Summer Rate June 22 ,2013 thru August 31, 2013 $2100.00 Per Week
Labor Day weekend $400.00 per night
Fall Rate $1800.00 per week or 350.00 per night weekends
Columbus Day Weekend $400.00 Per Night
Until confirmed Rates are subject to change.
Rates are for up to eight people.
$350.00 deposit to hold reservation.
$750.00 security deposit which will be returned within ten days upon inspection of home.
Cleaning fee of $175.00
Half of rate due 60 days prior to rental and the other half due 30 days prior to rental date.
