Gladwin House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1100-$2600
- ***Rental dates that include a HOLIDAY are charged at a minimum of $2200.
Holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Nov. 15th-Opening Day for Deer Hunting, Christmas and New Years.
$1000.00 Security/Damage Deposit. The security deposit is refundable within 10-14 days of departure and inspection.
Credit card payments are accepted when necessary or for last minute rentals.
Contact us for rates for 3-6 night stay. - 2 snowmobiles for rental (see phots). Please contact us for information. Snowmobile trails on property.
rental rate: $150/daily $750/week (per sled)
Fee for Pets: 25.00/wk. Per Well Trained Dog.
Hunting Dogs: There is a kennel and run for hunting dogs. There is not a charge for these dogs that stay out in the provided kennel. Fee does apply if dog is also a pet and will be entering the house.

The Master Suite has a king size bed and the bedroom has a 45' screen TV with DVD and VCR. Double closets. Most of the bedrooms have large closets. The Great Room, on the main floor, has a full-sized sleeper sofa and there is an additional single-sized sleeper in the lower level Family Room.
