- 50 % of remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival or at time of booking if less than 60 days.
- Remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival or at time of booking if less than 14 days. - Discount for Prepayment
- A discount of 5% will be applied to your fees if the total amount due is paid at the time of booking. Make one payment in full and enjoy considerable savings on your vacation.

- In the Master Bedroom you will sleep like a baby, it is fresh, relaxing and with the best energy, everything is brand new, clean, classy, and AC to your preferences. Also has Blackouts if you want to sleep in. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin's beautiful view and blackouts, feels great being in that room. Bedroom 3 has a super comfortable queen futon (I Love sleeping that room), lots of light, but if you don't want it, it also has a blackout. Bedroom 4 is on the second floor of the penthouse, INCREDIBLE view and huge window to the apartment size terrace, everybody will be fighting over the second floor bedroom!
