Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer:
7 nights: $1000.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $115.00 = $1265.00
June, July, and August we rent our cabin weekly from Friday to Friday.
* You can still book a week and come on the days you want during the week you have booked. This works out for 5 nights to cost $253.00 per night for 12 people still very reasonable!!!
Fall, Winter, Spring
A 2 nights minimum stay is required September thru May.
$150.00 per night
2 nights: $300.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $45.00 = $495.00
3 nights: $450.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $60.00 = $660.00
4 nights: $600.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $75.00 = $825.00
5 nights: $750.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $90.00 = $990.00
6 nights: $900.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $105.00 = $1155.00
7 nights: $1000.00 rental fee +$150.00 cleaning fee + taxes $115.00 = $1265.00
All stays require: a $500.00 deposit to hold your date & for damages
