The kitchen is very spacious, and is fully-equipped. Adjoining the kitchen is the nook where there is a table for four people.

The property has a private pool with color changing fiber-optic lighting great for night time parties. The pool deck area is spacious. The patio is furnished with a towel rack, large table, four regular chairs, and four reclining sun loungers.
