(These times are to accommodate the guests fishing for Rainbow Trout which are up to 30 inches in Goodwin Lake as the fishing is best early morning into the early afternoon and in the evening.)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Security Deposit is to reimburse Owner for unusual cleaning (more than 2 hours) and for damages. It must be paid in the following amounts:
$300.00 for 2-6 rental nights;
$500.00 for 7-28 rental nights; or
$1,000.00 for 29 rental nights or more.
CLEANING FEE: $75.00 per visit (up to 2 hours); $25 per hour for any cleaning required over two (2) hours will be charged to Renter's credit card.
