Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $99 nightly $550 weekly
- We have plush new carpet throughout the condo and keep it updated and clean for our guests. A damage deposit of $500 is required for all renters and a short term lease agreement * refundable after checkout inspection, or within 2 weeks.
( One deposit was withheld in 2011 for a replacement of a urine saturated mattress. One extra night was charged in 2012 - the renter an extra day )
Personal check - cash - paypal add 2.9% fee - visa, mastercard, discover add 2.5% fee
Reservation can only be held with payment
Payment for winter and holiday rentals are due in full to hold reservation.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
Check in time is 3pm / check out time is 11am.
Renter's who stay past the checkout time, 11am will be charged an extra day.
