- The prices include all extra charges and the DSL internet connection, the final cleaning will be charged with 70.00 US $. All payments have to be made in US dollars. During the winter months from November to March, only the use of the jacuzzi heating will be charged extra with 20.00 US $ per day.
- Upon the receipt of the booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 450.00 US. Cancellations until 4 weeks before arrival result in a compensation of 30% of the rental rate, after that a compensation of 50% of the rental rate is payable.
