Alton Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1850/week
- We are flexible with the minimum stay for certain weeks. Please inquire.
Rental weeks are Saturday-Saturday. We will consider other days for non-busy weeks.
$300 deposit to secure the dates (non-refundable if you cancel before rental week). This deposit will be held as security deposit and returned if the cottage is left in good condition.
Small, well trained dogs are allowed but for an additional $300 charge for the week.
