- Various rates described
- Christmas week of 2013 and New Years and Easter week of 2014 will be charged a rate of $900(USD) for the week which includes taxes and cleaning. A 6 day minimum stay is required. Pool and Spa heat are extra.
Tax and cleaning fees are included for stays of 7 days or more. Monthly rates do not apply and are subject to taxes. Stays of less than 7 days will be charged a $95(USD) cleaning fee and a daily tax rate of 12%.
Pool heat is rated at $20(USD) a day $130(USD) a week. Spa heat is rated at $15(USD) a day or $100(USD) a week. Both pool and spa heat are rated at $35(USD) a day or $220(USD) a week.
$300(USD) refundable security deposit required to cover potential damages. The security deposit will be refunded back to you once no damages are noted. You may choose the optional property protection offered by the home away site. You may send us a check written in U.S. funds which we will hold and not cash unless there are noted major damages/breakages noted.
- 10% military discounts for active duty personel and their families with valid ID. This rate cannot be applied to busy seasons such as the summer and Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks.
Stays of two or more weeks will be discounted by $100 USD
Deposits are required of 25% of rental rate for stays outside 10 weeks of arrival. The full amount of agreed rental rate is due in full if arrival date is before 10 weeks of booking.
Cancellations and refunds of monies are rated as follows: Amount payable upon booking will be 25% of the total booking cost. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 10 weeks up to 5 week of time of arrival will result in the loss of your 50% of total payment. If you need to cancel within 4 weeks and up to the time of arrival, all monies paid to the rental will be lost. All bookings subject to our booking terms and conditions, which you will receive with the booking form.

- The master suite with the king sized bed on the ground floor contains a bathroom that has a garden tub, walk-in shower and double sink and has a toilet. We have provided a shower seat with grab bars in the walk-in closet for those that may need assistance, and need seating in the shower. There is also a toilet height extender for use on the already comfort height downstairs toilets if needed. The master suite with the queen sized bed on the ground floor contains a bathroom with a walk-in shower containing a grab bar, with a single sink and toilet. Both toilets on the ground floor are dual flush (water saving). The two upstairs bathrooms contain a shower and bathtub combination each with toilets.

- The ground floor contains 2 master suites. The first contains a king sized bed and walk in closet. The second master suite contains a queen sized bed. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a boys room containing a twin bed and a bunk bed containing a single bed up top, and twin on the lower bunk. The middle bathroom is a girls room containing 2 twin beds. The third master suite located upstairs contains a queen sized bed. King Bed, Queen Bed, Twin/Single Bed, Bunk Bed, Child Bed: Infant crib. We can provide an additional queen sized air bed mattress if required. Also there is a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the family/living room.
