Paradise Palms Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Rates are subject to change without notice (unless confirmed by the owner).
Pool Heating is 125$ USD per week.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total rent or $300 USD, whichever is higher.
Payment of the balance is required 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of $300USD will be held through a credit card that will be taken upon arrival if not already on file. This security deposit may be used to excessive cleaning costs, chargeable phone calls or to cover any damage, breakage and loss of the villa and contents. Do not tamper with pool controls or air conditioning controls, any problems arising from tampering with these controls will also be deducted from the security deposit.
