- $700-1050 weekend/2 nights (Fri-Sun) except Holiday Weekends - Inquire w/ owner 3 nite min. holiday weekends
$1500-$1975/week Holiday and peak weeks additional and vary. Inquire w/ owner. Weekly minimum July-August.
Month rental available off-peak - inquire with owner.
$500 fully refundable deposit for weekends/week.
50% deposit to hold reservation. Bal. due 90 days before rental begins.
Cleaning fee - Accept cash,cashier's check, money orders, or PayPal (+2.9% fee)
