Bastrop Farmhouse Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $4,000 per week
- We require a $200 deposit to hold the reservation. At the start of your rental period, the amount will be held as a safety deposit. We will return the full $200 as soon as we have verified that no damage occurred during your stay. If you are paying by check, we require half of your rental fee 60 days prior to the start of your reservation and the second half 30 days prior to the start of your reservation (gives us time to make sure that the checks clear). When you make a reservation, we will mail you a rental agreement with clear disclosure of terms. Please sign and sent it back with your deposit. As always, please call if you have any questions or concerns. We are amenable to other methods of payment, but we are still setting up the procedures.
