Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For both main house and casita (sleeps 7):
Daily rate (5 day minimum): for 2 bedrooms + casita $520/night.
Weekly rate (7 day): for 2 bedrooms + casita $3650.

5-night minimum requested.
Hoildays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter add 20%.
We have a five night minimum. caretaker on property. Deposit: 50% of rental amount to reserve houses; balance due no less than thirty days prior to occupancy.

The master bath features a two person custom onyx/marble hot tub for your romantic and relaxing pleasures. Additionally, between the two suites, is a large deck affording plenty of room to read, practice yoga, enjoy a sunset margarita/tea or simply enjoy the view. Also upstairs is a computer desk, charging station with WI-FI internet throughout the property.
