- There is a security deposit that is required in the amount of $400.00. There will also be an additional deposit in the amount of $125 per week for the heating of the pool/spa area. When you arrive the reading on the propane tank will be written down and the day you depart too. You will only be billed for what you use during your stay.
The security deposit is required at the time you sign the rental agreement. The balance is due thirty days before the first day of your rental term.
NO smoking or pets allowed.
NO overnight parking permitted on the street. Your vehicle must be parked in the garage on in the driveway. - For stays longer than one month the cleaning fee is $200.00.
We do not rent to seniors, college students or anyone under the age of 25.
