Windsor Palms Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Heated Pool/Spa $25 per day
- WE ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL
ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION:
Discounts will be given for stays of 15 nights or more. Please e-mail the owner.
•We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking and then the balance is to be paid no later than 90 days before the date of the holiday. A 50% Deposit is required for all rate quotes that are promotional. Payment can be made in US dollars. Full terms and conditions will be sent with the booking confirmation.
OTHER CHARGES:
4% Admin charge fee apply and will be added to the rate if paying by credit card or paypal. Credit card details must be provided at the time of reservation confirmation. Wire transfers will not be charged the 4% Admin. fee.
A $69 charge is applied for Indvarent Property Damage Insurance (Coverage up to $4500)
State/County/Town/Sales tax and handling Fees: 13%
Cleaning Charge: $130 Fee Waived for stay of 8 or more days.
POOL AND SPA HEAT:
$35 per night or $225 per week - COMBO BBQ Grill (Gas and/or Charcoal) is provided by the rental management company for a $10 per day fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: If you cancel 90 days or more before arrival date = you lose 20% non-refundable deposit. Canceling 60-90 days before arrival date = you lose 50% of total charges due for rental period. Less then 60 days before arrival date = 100% cancellation charge.
