Seacrest Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional $15 cleaning fee for parties of 3-4
- Rental Procedures/Cancellations: A deposit of 50% of the total rental price (incl. taxes) is required in order to confirm your reservation. The full rental amount plus cleaning fee and the $300 refundable security deposit are due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival (or five days after making your reservation if made within 60 days) for a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of 5% of the total rental rate. No adjustments or refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures. The refundable security deposit is refunded to your credit card within ten days after your stay if there is no damage to the property, furnishings or possessions in the property.
Severe Weather Policy: In the event that the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida or the National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation notice, refunds of the rental fee will be pro-rated from the time of your departure.
