- If you see weeknights available between weekend rentals, I would be willing to give you a very favorable rate discount to fill these nights between rentals.
We are also willing to rent for 2 night stays when filling in dates between rentals.
A $300 security deposit is required at the time of reservation. This $300 is payed via PayPal using your account or a credit card and is returned within 14 days after your rental per our rental contract.
Rental payments can be paid by credit card, but I incur a 3% transaction fee, so payment by personal or bank check is the preferred method of rental payment.

From the top-of-the line, pillowtop king log beds, luxurious high count cotton bedding, satellite TV, and the charming, little reading/sitting nook – your bedroom will be your own personal sanctuary that you might never what to leave! The master bedroom suite also boasts a gigantic, jetted garden tub The 'Bunkroom' is a haven for the young at heart. Decorated to please kids of all ages, the Bunkroom features it's own play area, seating options, DVD player and gaming system!! There is also a pull out full sized sofa in the media room for additional guest sleeping accomodations.

Notes:
With regard to suitability for elderly or infirm, there are 6 steps up to the front porch of the house with railings (see pictures). There is a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor, so an elderly person could enjoy same floor living.
Our well-stocked kitchen includes items such as a blender, mixer, crock pot, coffee grinder, waffle maker, and lots more.
Free US Domestic long-distance is included on our lodge phone.
