- 50% of rental fee and signed rental agreement are required to reserve your reservation.
Remaining 50% of rental fee, $85 cleaning fee, 13% occupancy tax, and all deposits are due at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. Failure to submit these fees will result in termination of your reservation.
Refundable safety/repair deposit: $150 for weekend/daily. Deposit minus any repairs and/or extra cleaning will be returned to renter no later than 21 days after check-out.
NON-Refundable pet deposit: $150 per booking. Limit two dogs - no cats.
Cancellation: 1) Prior to 30 days before check-in: Full refund
2) Between 30 - 15 days before check-in: Refund of all deposits and 50% of rental fee
3) 14 days or less before check-in: No refund of rental fee, full refund of all deposits - Pet policy: Maximum of two dogs allowed only - no cats. Please bring travel crate(s) to house your dog(s) when you are out of condo. PLEASE NOTE: There is a noise ordinance in the City of Tybee. If your pet is a nuisance and voilates this policy, you will be removed from the building. Rental fees and deposits are not refundable if you violate the rental agreement.
Age requirements: You must be at least 25 years of age to legally rent this property, per condo association rules. Children are permitted with adult supervision. If you are under the age of 25, you can be removed from the property for violation of the rental agreement. Rental fees and deposits are not refundable if you violate the rental agreement.
