Condo complex bylaws require a minimum 30 day rental agreement. HOWEVER, for shorter stay requirements, please enquire and we will adjust your rate to reflect the actual duration of your intended stay.

- Rates are all-inclusive – hi-speed internet, local & long distance telephone calls (Canada & US), underground parking, in suite laundry, & exercise facilities.
- Rates based on double, triple or quadruple occupancy.
- One time $75 departure cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
