Washer it's available. Laundry service is available at $1.00 per piece. Cook service is available at US$20.00 dollars per day.
We can provide transfers, Tours assistance and other services as requested.
Cancellations: 30 days before - FULL REFUND. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 15 days prior the start date. However if we can rent the house, we will return your money.
We require a damage deposit ($50 per night, $200 per week) totally refundable at the time of check out. - Rates includes caretakers (gardener and pool maintenance, daily maid, 24 hours security) For your privacy and safety, they live on the property in a separate house. Tips are not included in the rental price and are encourage for the staff. Renters must be over 21 years of age.
