- The price includes welcome bottle of wine, all linens, towels and beach towels, pool man once a week in peak season, four hours of maid service per week for all stays over one week. Additional maid service available for an additional charge.
• Utility charges included except for excessive electricity use for air conditioning. Phone calls to most anywhere in the world are free except to European cell phones. Call to US cell phones are free.
• Payment can be made by check, wire transfer, direct debit, virement; 40% deposit required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. All amounts will be refunded if reservation is cancelled and the property can be let again for the same period and same amount. Travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended. Payment in full 60 days prior to start date.
• Security deposit 2500€. Final end of stay cleaning and any breakages/damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

- There are three sets of sheets and comforters and blankets for each bedroom. Master bedroom includes walk-in closet, dressing area. The twin beds in the other bedrooms can be combined into king beds. Master and lower level bedroom with sea views and balconies, other bedrooms with private terrace overlooking sea, garden and Grand Corniche. The lower level bedroom is perfect for teens or an au pair. We also have a baby crib that can be used anywhere.
