- ALL Rentals require a $ 200.00 Security Deposit in the form of a Check. I require it as a check so I do not tie up any of your money. I just hold the check till after you check out, and as long as everything is OK , I mail back your check. In over 300 rentals I have never needed to cash one, and hope I never do !
