Lake Berkley House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No smoking, No pets allowed.
- Reservation/Security Deposit is due upon reservation $250.00 per stay. Deposit will transfer to damage deposit upon check in. Deposit will be refunded 14 days after check out without any damage. Damage of property during the stay is the responsibility of the renter.
If canceling prior to 30 days of your arrival date, a full refund will be given minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
Full balance is due 40 days prior to arrival for US customers and 60 days prior to arrival for international customers.
Accept major credit card through PayPal with 3% additional transaction fee.
