Lake Ozark Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $120/nt - $175/nt - $650/wk - $970/wk
- 3 night minimum stay over holidays. An additional $20.00 per night for three nights over the 4th of July will be charged to the nightly or weekly rental rate.
Rates do not include state and local taxes.
A 3% fee will be added to the total for credit card or PayPal payments.
Included in the price is the Home Away insurance package which provides you with $1500 of insurance. - A $200.00 deposit is required by check, money order, PayPal or cashier's check to hold the unit. Rental fees, less the $200, can be by check, money order, cashier's check, PayPal or charged via VISA, MasterCard or Discover and are required 3 weeks prior to the rental of the unit. If less than three weeks until rental of unit, e-mail and we will work out details.
Deposits and rental fees will be refunded at 100% with at least a one month cancellation notification. The $200 deposit will not be refunded if less than a one month cancellation notification is given. The owner reserves the right to collect up to full value of all damages to the unit, but $1500 of damage insurance has been provided in the purchase price.
Four Season Tennis and Racket club requires the primary renter to be age 25 or older. We do not allow pets or smoking in the condo for the comfort of future guests
