Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We require a $350-400 security and damage deposit. - Please call or email regarding the dates you'd like. Please view the availability calendar prior to emailing to ensure the dates you'd like are available. Our calendar is kept up to date on a daily or on 'dates sold' basis.
We ask for one half of the total rental fees up front to secure your dates (rental rate, cleaning fee, & deposit combined to total fees) The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We accept master, visa, & discover cards as well as personal checks. We also prefer the Homeaway payment site.
Last minute renters asked to pay in full.
We attempt to make this a very simple & easy process for both you and for us. We are also flexible with payment options over time if this helps to make it easy for you to reserve your dates with us.
Cancellations are very rare once dates are booked. Please inquire if you're concerned regarding cancellation penalties.

Comfortable new pillow-top Queen bed, reading lamp, with modern look & feel Bedroom 3 has a wrought-iron headboard on a Queen-size bed. Simple and comfortable 1 full size sofa-bed in the great room for kids or that unexpected company during your stay.
