Pet policy-Please inquire-dogs possibly considered-If approved, pet fee is $20/dog/ per night
Pets must be crated in the house and are never allowed on beds or furniture.
Rental rate is based on 4 person occupancy, add $25 pp for each additional person. Five night minimum on all holiday weekends. Rental rates quoted are all inclusive, no additional cleaning fee charged. (Cleaning gratuity appreciated.)
1/2 rental fee due within 1 week of booking, balance of 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
