Kihei Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Current daily rates do not include state tax, a $15 resort registration fee or the $200.00 refundable security/damage deposit. Damage insurance is available from Homeaway for approx. $40.00. The security deposit will be reduced to $100.00 if the guest chooses to purchase damage insurance. Guests will be charged a lost key fee of $25 if a key replacement is requested of the office or from our on-island agent or if the keys provided by the owner are not returned to the owner. Less than 7 nights stay the visitor will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.
A $100 deposit is required to book the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept personal checks, bank wire transfers, and credit cards.
