Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee is $300 which includes linens and towels. There is a $250 pool heating charge (otherwise pool will be unheated).
At the time of booking a (refundable) $1000 security deposit is required to reserve your week. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the check in date.
Late Summer/Fall 2012: Rates are $1500/ weekend for a minimum of 2 nights. Third night is free. Rate includes tax and cleaning fee. $1000 security deposit is required. Check in days and times are flexible.
Summer 2013: Rates are $7,750/ week with a one week minimum plus 7% Maine State sales tax, $1000 security deposit, and $300 cleaning fee. During peak season we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.
The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes just after Labor Day.
No Weddings are permitted at this time.

- The first floor master bedroom includes a king sized bed with an adjoining luxury bathroom with sauna. This room has a flat screen TV. Just down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom with fireplace that has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the 2nd floor, both of which have en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is adorned with unique murals, one an under the sea motif (one bunk bed and a double bed) and the second an Egyptian theme (one queen bed). Lastly is the second master suite on the opposite end of the house over the garage. This fully carpeted bedroom area is very private with a queen sized bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom. This room has a TV/Wii. For families with multiple children, the house is able to accommodate more than 12 people if children are willing to sleep on folding mattresses. There are 2 pack and plays with sheets. Please contact me if you have questions regarding potential sleeping arrangements.
