- Payments are accepted by U.S. Personal check, PayPal or HomeAway, a 3% fee is added to the balance if PayPal or HomeAway is used. Rent is subject to a $150.00 cleaning fee. Florida tax is included in the rental fee. One third of the balance is due upon booking and is applied to the balance. Another one third is due 45 days prior to your arrival and is applied to the balance. The final payment is due on or before on the check in date. Cancellations are permitted 90 days prior, with a 100% refund, 60 days prior with a 50% refund. I offer HomeAway security protection which is included in the contract for $69.00. This excludes the need for a security deposit.
Hurricane refunds apply from June-October. Upon acceptance of the quote, a contract is sent, which includes rental guidelines and home information.
