Columbia Falls Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2011 Rates apply if reserved by 12/31/2011. Email owner for rates.
- HUMAN OCCUPANCY
$200 security deposit retains reservation, due immediately.
Cleaning fee is $75.00 minimum.
4 days or more rental cleaning fee is $100.00.
8 days or more rental cleaning fee is $150.00
Remainder due 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation- 40 days prior to arrival all but $200 security deposit is refunded.
Cancellation-39 days or less prior to arrival $200 security deposit and 50% of rental is nonrefundable.
Cancellation-30 days or less prior to arrival $$ non-refundable. A portion of the cost may be applied to future rental.

Personal Check, Credit Cards accepted. - ANIMAL OCCUPANCY:
Dogs are welcome for an additional $10.00 a day. Fenced yard with large dog house available.
Horse pasture available:
$20.00 a day, per horse, 2 horse limit-grass and or alfalfa mix hay provided.
Water available.
Pasture is secured by semi permanent, safe, electric rope, with capped t-posts and wood posts.
All horses must be current on vaccines including 'strangles' and 'west nile' (we have mosquitoes and Montana has had some west nile virus equine illness and deaths in the past years).
Pasture is approximately 1 acre. 1 small area cross fenced for horses that cannot be on fresh grass. Best situated for horses who are familiar and friendly with each other so they can enjoy the whole space.
Signed liability/injury release statement required upon completing rental agreement.

- Bedrooms are comfortable with built in closets and bureaus. TVs available with DVD players and library available for each bedroom. Very comfortable beds with 100% cotton linens. 3rd Bed is available in living area as a pull out couch with goose down mattress. This is a good area for overflow. The house is best suited for 2-4 guests but we have had families with young children use this bed for extras. Call for more information.

This property offers a beautiful vista of Columbia Mountain and up the canyon to GNP. Backyard is approximately 1/4 acre with fire pit, chairs/bench, picnic table, gas grill, croquet and bocce set.
Summer breakfast or dinner on the lawn.
Owner available for personal concierge service and 'small fixes'.
Owner is familiar with local raft companies, fly-fishing guides,and can make suggestions for eating out, golf courses, hiking trails, to enhance your experience.
Access to gardens is required every 2 days for maintenance and harvesting.
