Low Season (Nov. 3 thru March 29) $1050 per week
Mid Season (April and October) $1450 per week
High Season (May 4 thru Sept. 27) $1850 per week
Independence Day Week $2250
Memorial Day Weekend (3 nights) $1150
Low Season Weekend (2 nights) $550
Mid Season Weekend (2 nights) $750 - All rentals require a $100 cleaning fee plus 2% tax.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. To confirm your reservation we require a $300 reservation fee and a signed rental agreement. 50% of the applicable rental rate plus cleaning fee and tax is due 45 days in advance (the $300 reservation fee will be applied to this payment) and the balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Damage insurance is included in the rental rates, so no security deposit is required. If you cancel the reservation less than 45 days in advance of the starting rental date or do not make the advance rental payments, the reservation will be canceled and the reservation fee forfeited.
Payment may be made by check, credit card, or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Reservation requests received less than 14 days prior to the anticipated arrival date will not be considered or approved.

There are also two full size self-inflating airbeds.
