Security deposit owed is returned within 14 days of rental. You can refrain from a security deposit if you purchase the home away property protection plan at $49.
1/2 rental fee required to hold reservation. Electronic checks make payments easy and protect renters. Credit cards may be used and require notice and a transaction fee of 3%.
Cleaning Fee of $150 is required.
