Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed. Check-in 4 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m. Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards. Reservations require a minimum of $200 to reserve the dates. The balance is due in 2 payments, 60 days and 30 days prior to reservation dates. Full payment must be complete 30 days prior to reservation dates. - • If GUEST CANCELS, the Guest agrees to forfeit $200 fee regardless of date of cancellation. Guest agrees to forfeit an additional 50% of the total fees if cancellation is 30 days or less from arrival date. Guest agrees to forfeit an additional 25% of the total fees if cancellation is 31-60 days from arrival date. A fee of $50 or 5% of total will also be forfeited for credit card fees. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.Additional cleaning fees may be required for stays of 30 days or longer. Ask for details.
