A $150 refundable security deposit is required. Property Damage Protection (PDP) insurance is available upon request in lieu of the refundable security deposit. ($49)
No Occupancy Tax - No Cleaning Fee for long term renters of 30 or more days. - Las Puertas Condominium rules for Spring Break Week. Violation of these rules will result in loss of security depot and/ or eviction.
A $250 security deposit required for Spring Break.
A minimum of 5 days is required from March 12-17.
Responsible party must be a minimum age of 30 years old to rent. A copy of a valid driver's license is required to confirm reservation.
Maximum number of guest is 6. No exceptions.
